NVIDIA announced strategic partnerships with six financial institutions — Apollo Global Management, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR — to establish independent compute financing platforms intended to mobilize over $500 billion of third-party capital for AI infrastructure buildout over time. Each partnership is documented in a memorandum of understanding between NVIDIA and the respective financing partner, and each remains subject to execution of definitive final agreements — meaning no binding transaction has yet closed. The structure is designed to convert NVIDIA compute and full-stack AI infrastructure into an investable asset class, broadening access to capital for AI factories and creating long-duration, usage-linked revenue streams. Under the announced framework, the participating institutions would establish dedicated capital pools at scale to finance purchases of NVIDIA compute infrastructure by customers including frontier AI labs, enterprises and AI clouds, rather than NVIDIA extending credit directly. Reporting has noted that the announcement did not allocate specific responsibilities among the six partners, name a lender syndicate, identify fund vehicles, or specify individual commitment amounts. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP has confirmed that it represented funds affiliated with Blackstone in the transaction.
