Forthlane Partners Ltd. ("Forthlane"), a Toronto-based independent outsourced chief investment office (OCIO) serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices and foundations, announced on September 16, 2026 that it had completed the acquisition of June Inc., an OCIO advisory firm led by Principal June Ntazinda. The transaction was structured as an acquisition of June Inc. by Forthlane; June Ntazinda will become Vice-Chair of Forthlane and remain closely involved with the combined firm. Following the transaction, Forthlane will advise on approximately $2 billion in assets, up from roughly $500 million when current CEO Robbie Pryde joined the firm two years earlier, according to secondary reporting.
