On September 10, 2026, Fullscript, an Ottawa-based platform for practitioners delivering whole-person care, announced that L Catterton and Altas Partners had agreed to acquire a majority stake in the company from HGGC, LLC and Snapdragon Capital Partners, LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The investment is intended to help Fullscript expand its platform and clinical support capabilities for practitioners and extend its reach across the North American healthcare market. Founded in 2011, Fullscript provides an integrated platform spanning practitioner-directed supplement recommendations and fulfillment, laboratory management, wearable health data integration, and patient adherence tools. More than 135,000 healthcare practitioners use the platform to support care for 10 million patients annually across North America. The transaction ends a roughly five-year ownership period under HGGC and Snapdragon. Recent milestones cited include the integration of Fullscript into University Hospitals' Epic electronic health record workflow, the April 2026 launch of Fullscript Journeys, a January 2026 partnership with Oura to bring wearable biometric data into clinical workflows, and the 2024 acquisition of Rupa Health, which added laboratory ordering and management tools. Chief executive and co-founder Kyle Braatz said Altas and L Catterton share the company's conviction about the direction of healthcare, while L Catterton managing partner Marc Magliacano framed the thesis around the convergence of conventional and functional medicine. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
