In October 2026, Compass Analytics, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM), data and artificial intelligence solutions for life sciences organizations, was acquired by Kicksaw, a life sciences consulting and technology firm and portfolio company of private equity firm Rallyday Partners. The acquisition was announced on October 6, 2026. According to the parties, the transaction brings together complementary CRM, data and AI capabilities and enhances Kicksaw’s ability to deliver integrated technology and consulting solutions to its life sciences clients. Kicksaw, based in Bend, Oregon, is a Salesforce-focused consulting and revenue-operations firm that has pursued a series of bolt-on acquisitions following a strategic growth investment by Denver-based Rallyday Partners, including the earlier acquisitions of Northbound Consulting and Toronto-based SkyVenn. Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP acted as counsel to Compass Analytics, with a Montréal-based team spanning its corporate and tax groups. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
