On March 4, 2024, Argo MRT Americas, an affiliate of DRAKKAR, acquired Techni-Air 2000 Inc., a Montreal-based aircraft maintenance provider known for custom technical handling solutions and high dispatch reliability. The deal, expanding Argo MRT Americas' services with a new line maintenance service line, aligns with the company’s vision. Techni-Air 2000 holds certifications from Transport Canada, the FAA, and EASA, complementing Argo MRT Americas' recent Transport Canada AMO certification. This acquisition enhances Argo MRT Americas' capabilities in mobile repair and line maintenance across Canada, the Americas, and Europe, marking a significant step in its commitment to aerospace excellence.
