The acquisition included Carwald's seasoned team of equipment operators, crushing crew, drivers, and management personnel, with Ken Porisky, Carwald's former owner, joining LaPrairie Works to ensure a smooth transition. Financing was secured through Dynamic Capital Equipment Finance and BMO, with appreciation expressed for their support in facilitating the deal.
