Intelligent Capital will now operate under the Adam & Company brand, a Scottish business arm of CGWM UK. The acquisition will maintain Intelligent Capital's client services, with financial planners continuing their client management roles, supported by CGWM UK's extensive resources.

David Bremner, previously Intelligent Capital's Managing Director, has been appointed as Head of Wealth Management at Adam & Company in Glasgow. He will collaborate with CGWM UK's wealth planning and management leaders, Matt Phillips and Graham Storrie. The transaction aims to enhance business growth in Scotland and integrate investment and financial planning services for clients.
