On July 29, 2022, Centerra Gold Inc. completed the Arrangement Agreement with Kyrgyzaltyn and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, marking the end of its ownership in the Kumtor mine and investment in the Kyrgyz Republic. This transaction also terminated Kyrgyzaltyn's involvement and interest in Centerra.
