There’s still time to register for the Nov. 20 gala celebrating Canada’s best lawyers 40 and under
The 2025 Lexpert Rising Stars Awards would not be possible without the support of our education partner Osgoode Hall Law School and York University, which share Lexpert and Canadian Lawyer’s enthusiasm for honouring outstanding talent in the legal profession.

There are two weeks left before the Lexpert Rising Stars Awards, Lexpert and Canadian Lawyer’s annual celebration of outstanding lawyers aged 40 and under.
Award winners – a selection of the country’s best young talent across law firms, legal departments, government, and academia – will be unveiled at the Lexpert Rising Stars Awards gala at Toronto’s Liberty Grand on Nov. 20.
The formal event will be hosted by Jennifer Hsiung, co-anchor of CP24 Breakfast, Toronto’s most-watched morning show. It will include a cocktail reception, awards ceremony, dinner banquet, and post-party celebration.
Lexpert and Canadian Lawyer extend a warm thanks to the other sponsors of the event: event partner Dye & Durham and silver sponsors McMillan LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright.
The Black Law Students Association, Korean Canadian Lawyers Association, and South Asian Bar Association of Toronto are media partners and supporting organizations for the event.
