Fragomen, a provider of immigration services, has announced the appointments of Julie Lessard as a partner and Elsa Agostinho and Sophia Khanzadian as counsel in its Canadian practice. 

In a media release, Fragomen noted that the team will lead the practice.

Fragomen shared that Lessard, Agostinho, and Khanzadian have garnered experience advising employers on federal and provincial immigration requirements, including work permits, permanent residence pathways, employer compliance, and workforce mobility planning. 

Fragomen added that the three new hires have assisted with US immigration matters in English and French. 

“Joining a firm entirely dedicated to immigration allows me to remain at the forefront of the discipline, deepen my expertise and contribute within an environment that values innovation, strategy and global impact,” Lessard said in the media release.

According to Fragomen, with the recent appointments, it can:
